How much water you should drink while you exercise

It’s preferable that you drink between 17 and 20 ounces of water 2-3 hours prior to the workout. Drink about 8 ounces of water half an hour before you begin to exercise. Make sure that you drink up to 10 ounces of water every 10 to 20 minutes while you exercise. Also, drink 8 ounces of water 30 minutes after you’re done working out. But these amounts of water vary depending on other factors like your sweat rate, the humidity in the environment in which you workout, and the level of heat that you are exposed to. What appliances you should use to provide clean water

It’s not enough to ensure that you stay hydrated because the quality of the water that you drink is important as well. To ensure that you are hydrating yourself with high-quality water, you should make sure that the water you drink is clean. Therefore, install a water filter or a water ionizer in your home and drink only water that you get from these appliances. In case you workout in a gym, you can put the water from the water filter or the water ionizer in a bottle and take it with you. This way you know for sure that you’re not contaminating your body with infested water.
